This is confusing. I came to this tribe ready to discuss zero point energy. But it's not about that but the end of a great cycle in the Mayan calender, around 2012, give or take a number of years. Just a couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to have a one on one conversation with the Elder of the Mayan Elders, one Alejandro Perez Oxjah. He was in Costa Rica to visit certain indian tribes here. He speaks 7 different Mayan languages and Spanish. Guess what I had to use to talk to him?
Anyway, he says that the matching between the Mayan calender and our's is very imprecise and the end of the cycle could come as much as 5 years before or after 2012. But it is close. He did mention great climatic upsets and we talked a bit about man caused global warming coinciding with this point. He just shook his head and said he had no idea what would happen
I might mention that magnetic pole switching could occure but not any significant change in Earth's rotation. Even a 10% slowing would cause the Earth to become molten due to released kinetic energy!
